IP66-rated unit uses fully potted drivers and stranded wires in multi-driver system that allows fixture to remain partially illuminated in event of driver malfunction. Available in 12, 24, 36, 60, and 96 W, instant-on fixture comes in spot, medium, and wide flood packages. Marine-grade extruded aluminum housing acts as heat sink, while heavy-duty steel harp allows for 360° rotation.

Feb 12, 2013 Able to replace quartz halogen fixtures up to 500 W, IP67-rated ARIES Series draws 16 W and features marine-grade, low-copper content, cast aluminum and powder-coated housing that prevents corrosion throughout years of service. Light installs and aims using adjustable steel mounting bracket, and rated life and minimized maintenance requirements suit hard to reach applications. Options are available for voltage (AC and DC), optics, lens, plug/cord, and finish.

LEDs are rated for 50,000 hr, and conformal coated circuit boards, fully-potted premium-brand drivers, and stranded wires protect against water ingress and vibration damage. Optical packages include narrow, 10°, 24°, or 50° beam angles, and fixture will rotate 360° on its aiming axis.

May 16, 2011 While retaining design of jelly-jar fixtures, Metallic LED VP Series houses Bridgelux LED light source rated for 50,000 hr of illumination. Fixtures are UL 1598A-listed for marine, outdoor, and saltwater environments; UL 844-listed for hazardous locations; and ABS-listed as well as IP66 and LM79 tested and certified. Thermal paste in mounting array optimizes transfer of heat for dissipation, while driver and array are fully potted to protect against moisture, dust, and vibration.

Apr 28, 2011 Providing light comparable to incandescent dock light with 150 W PAR38 lamp, FLEX LED dockliteŽ operates on 16 W to illuminate truck trailer using LEDs with 12° beam angle. Flexible arm and hinged bracket allow fixture to swing out in event of impact. Vented to maintain longevity of LEDs, housing is made from high-temperature polymer and is designed to resist denting, deflection, and wear. Hardware and mounting bracket are made from zinc-plated steel to resist corrosion.
