Web Printing Fountain Solutions come in concentrate form.

RBP Chemical Technology, Inc.    Milwaukee, WI 53214 0069
May 30, 2014 Designed for all size presses and speeds, Platinum Plus UC consists of ultra-concentrated version of pre-mix line. Water is removed, reducing overall consumption and shipping weight. Product can be pumped from original container directly to press in dosages from 1.25–1.5 oz/gal. With up to 60% residual water removed, Web Silicone Solutions are used on heatset web and coldset web presses. Products reduce friction and scuffing, and carry same biocides and anti-stat properties as pre-mix versions.

RBP Chemical Technology, Inc.    Milwaukee, WI 53214 0069
Apr 24, 2014 With VOC content of 85 g/L, CA 1171 Press Wash exceeds California EPA’s stringent regulations for roller and blanket washes, dictating that printers use products with VOC content of 100 g/L or less. Stable microemulsion of water and solvents aids in removal of water soluble contaminants. Product will dry effectively and mixes with water to leave no residue on rollers after cleaning. Suitable for all types of sheetfed press equipment, water miscible wash has low odor and high flashpoint of 118°F.
