Resin bond system and heavy-duty fiber backing provide optimized grain adhesion. It is available in blank stock in type 01 Straight Wheel, with 6 sizes ranging from 1 x 16 x 5 in. to 5 x 20 x 8 in., while unfinished blank stock wheels come in various abrasives and grit sizes. Applications range from low to medium and high-force on heat-sensitive inconel, titanium, and aerospace alloys.

Wheels are available in 4NZ, NZC, and NZAC for steel and dirty, scale-covered castings. An extended cutting capacity requires less operator time to remove material. BlueFire F826 AVOS products have transparent design and scooped holes that create air flow for cool cutting. Blend of zirconia alumina and ceramic alumina abrasive on products offers micro fracturing capability that allows constant supply of self-sharpening cutting edges.

Mar 14, 2006 Charger(TM) Plus depressed center wheels feature blend of zirconia alumina and aluminum oxide abrasives that facilitate cutting and grinding of stainless steels. Available in ¼ and 1/8 in. thickness, wheels produce smooth grinding action that helps reduce operator fatigue. Clean bond contains no sulfur, iron, or chlorine, eliminating opportunity for contamination. Available products include Type 27 grinding and cutting wheels as well as Type 28 saucer wheels.

Jul 07, 2004 Designed for HSS grinding, XGP.90 wheels combine abrasives with vitreous bond, extending wheel life while matching metal removal rates of aluminum oxide grinding wheels. Products can be trued and dressed with single-point diamond tools or rotary dressers. When grinding flute on 7.2 in. high-speed steel tool, wheel produces 20 good tools per dress.

Dec 05, 2003 NORaX® U288 Abrasive Discs are made with aluminum oxide abrasive that is formed into file pattern on 3 mil polyester film backing. Discs are color coded: tan is 45 micron, green is 35 micron, and blue is 10 micron. Products are available with Speed-Grip® hook and loop and PSA disc fastening systems.
