Mar 28, 2003 KaBloc Brackets for Wedgmount® Precision Levelers prevent slippage or correct twisting and bending of long-bed machines. They can be fixed with M-20 bolts and chemical anchors. Capacities range from 25,000–50,000 lb. Providing up to 3° of self alignment, with 9–25 mm vertical adjustability and 0.01 mm accuracy using hex wrench, levelers are offered with interlocking split-disc spacers in 6–30 mm thick sizes for changing height further without disassembly.

Offered in 45 durometer neoprene, for low-frequency applications, and 70 durometer nitrile, for high damping, each set contains 4 base pads and 4 shim leveling pads. Cross pattern on tops and bottoms assures stable, non-slip surface. Sizes range from 2–10 in. sq with varying thickness to support machine weights from 200–20,000 lb.

Aug 20, 2002 Wedgmount® VRC Series High Damping Leveling Mounts provide leveling from 15 to 22 mm, accurate to 0.01 mm, and are available with individual capacities ranging from 20,000 to 250,000 lbs. Isolation pads, made from elastomer with 30 to 42% damping ratio, can dissipate up to 90% of energy generated by machine. Mounts incorporate pads from 3 to 50 mm thick to match any application. They are mechanically adjustable under full load, using ratchet wrench.
