Apr 03, 2013 Measuring 7 x 2.3 cm, CN0267 PCB for loop-powered HART-enabled smart transmitter, targets industrial applications that need to operate within 3.5 mA power budget. Device combines ADuCM360 3.9 kSPS, 24-bit DAQ system-on-chip incorporating 32-bit ARM Cortex™M3 MCU; AD5421 loop-powered, 16-bit, 4–20 mA DAC with programmable voltage regulator;  and AD5700 complete HART modem IC. Circuit has been compliance tested, verified, and registered as approved HART solution by HART Communication Foundation.

Digital Power Controller includes PMBus interface.

Analog Devices, Inc.    Norwood, MA 02062-9106
Mar 25, 2013 Housed in 4 x 4 mm LFCSP package, Model ADP1051 targets high-density, isolated DC-to-DC power supply systems with parallel/redundant capability. Controller features 6 PWM logic outputs that can be programmed using GUI via PMBus interface. Device enables high energy efficiency topologies including full bridge and active clamp forward variants with precision drive timing and control of secondary synchronous rectifiers. Energy efficiency is further optimized using adaptive dead-time compensation.

FMC Prototyping Kit aids JESD204B ADC-to-FPGA connectivity.

Analog Devices, Inc.    Norwood, MA 02062-9106
Mar 07, 2013 Used to prototype high-speed JESD204B ADC-to-FPGA platforms, AD9250-FMC-250EBZ FPGA mezzanine card (FMC) features 2 AD9250 dual 14-bit JESD204B data converters. Kit provides four 14-bit ADC channels at 250 MSPS in FMC-compliant form factor. ADCs support Subclass 0 and 1 deterministic latency and provide SYNCREF signal for synchronization of all 4 channels, providing connectivity and functionality to combine with Xilinx’s Kintex-6/7 and Virtex-6/7 FPGA platforms.

Isolated Error Amplifiers operate at less than 7 mA.

Analog Devices, Inc.    Norwood, MA 02062-9106
Mar 07, 2013 Designed for linear feedback power supplies using primary side controllers, ADuM3190 and ADuM4190 have 400 KHz bandwidth, with 0.5% typ initial accuracy at 25°C and 1% total accuracy over temperature range of -40 to +125°C. With included iCoupler®  technology, amplifier eliminates current-transfer ratio of optocouplers that degrades over lifetime of devices. Combining 1.225 V reference with wideband amp, ADuM3190 and ADuM4190 feature isolation voltage of 2.5 KV rms and 5 KV rms, respectively.

D/A Converter provides ±2-LSB INL relative accuracy.

Analog Devices, Inc.    Norwood, MA 02062-9106
Mar 01, 2013 Operating from single 2.7–5.5 V supply, nanoDAC® AD5689R includes SPI interface, 2.5 V, 2 ppm/°C internal reference, and useful pin functions such as VLOGIC facilitating 1.8, 3, and 5 V logic levels. Dual, 16-bit converter features total unadjusted error of 2 mV, eliminating need for initial calibration and adjustment. Housed in 3 x 3 mm, 16-lead LFCSP or 16-lead TSSOP, device offers high drive capability of 20 mA, 0.5 V from supply rails and provides 4 KV HBM ESD rating.

Clock Buffer and Divider IC delivers extremely low jitter.

Analog Devices, Inc.    Norwood, MA 02062-9106
Feb 20, 2013 Housed in 24-lead LFCSP package, 1.65 GHz Model AD9508 delivers low jitter of 41 fs across 12 kHz to 20 MHz band. Device has 4 dedicated output dividers with bus-programmable division and phase delay, and automatic synchronization. Dividers also have pin-strapping capability for hardwired programming at system power-up. Operating from -40 to 85°C, Model AD9508 supports up to 4 differential, or 8 single-ended outputs and 3 logic levels: LVDS (1.65 GHz), HSTL (1.65 GHz), and CMOS (250 MHz).

Operational Amplifier suits front-end amplifier circuits.

Analog Devices, Inc.    Norwood, MA 02062-9106
Dec 27, 2012 Specified for dual voltage supply operation from ±5 V to ±15 V, Model ADA4077-2 has typical bandwidth of 3.9 MHz and 7 nV/√Hz voltage noise at 1 kHz while consuming only 400 µA typical at 25°C. Unit is available in 2 grades for offset and thermal drift. Op amp is specifically designed for applications in process control, chemical and environmental monitoring, motor control, and electronic test and instrumentation.

Two-Channel Differential Amplifier drives high-frequency ADCs.

Analog Devices, Inc.    Norwood, MA 02062-9106
Dec 19, 2012 Suited for driving 12- to 18-bit ADCs, ADL5566 features 3 dB bandwidth of 4.5 GHz and comes in 4 x 4 mm, 24-lead LFCSP. Product is optimized for wideband, high IF (intermediate frequency), low distortion, and noise performance out to 500 MHz.  At 100 MHz, device achieves respective IP3 and IP2 values of 51 and 100 dBm. Design supports detailed specifications at 70, 100, 140, 250, 500, and 1,000 MHz, and power consumption is 70 mA per channel at 3.3 V and 80 mA per channel at 5 V.
