Doppler Flowmeter combines usability, repeatability, accuracy.Greyline Instruments, Inc. Massena, NY 13662
May 08, 2014 Able to measure flow from outside pipe, DFM 5.1 uses doppler signal processing technology and works with difficult liquids, such as wastewater, sludge, slurries, and abrasives, or any liquid with bubbles or suspended solids. Clamp-on ultrasonic sensor mounts on ½ in. ID or larger pipe, and calibration and start-up are facilitated via 5-button keypad. Standard features include backlit display and totalizer, isolated 4–20 mA output, and 6 control relays. Several options are also available.
Flow Switch enables flow control from outside pipe.Greyline Instruments, Inc. Massena, NY 13662
May 02, 2014 Installed in minutes without drilling or cutting, Model DFS (Doppler Flow Switch) 5.1 controls flow of wastewater, slurries, caustics, acids, and difficult liquids via non-contacting ultrasonic sensor mounted on outside of ½ in. dia or larger pipes. Water tight NEMA4X switch enclosure includes 5 A DPDT control relay with adjustable ON and OFF set point controls, adjustable time delay, and flow rate bar graph. Switch is suited for pump protection, valve control, and flow/no-flow alarms.
Multi-Sensor Area-Velocity Flowmeter is suited for large channels.Greyline Instruments, Inc. Massena, NY 13662
Nov 07, 2013 Able to be calibrated to channels of any shape in municipal stormwater, combined effluent, raw sewage, and irrigation water applications, AVMS 5.1 uses 3 submerged ultrasonic sensors to continuously measure velocity at different points. One of those 3 sensors may also monitor water level, or separate non-contacting ultrasonic level sensor may be used in system. Forward and reverse flow can be measured, and sensors are resistant to fouling and corrosion. Built-in data logger is optional.
Ultrasonic Flow Meter measures flow from outside pipe.Greyline Instruments, Inc. Massena, NY 13662
Feb 22, 2013 Designed to measure clean liquids like water, oils, and chemicals, PTFM 1.0 Portable Transit Time Flow Meter is suitable for calibrations, troubleshooting, spot checks, and balancing flow. Clamp-on transducers mount on plastic or metal pipes and ultrasonic signals are injected through pipe between sensors. Operating on full pipes with diameters from ½–48 in., battery-powered unit includes 5-key menu system for setup, backlit display, totalizer, 4–20 mA output, and data logger with USB output.
Ultrasonic Flowmeter eliminates downtime and pipe cutting.Greyline Instruments, Inc. Massena, NY 13662
Nov 29, 2012 Utilizing clamp-on ultrasonic transducers, TTFM 1.0 Transit Time Flowmeter accurately measures liquids from outside of metal or plastic pipes. Step-by-step setup menu determines sensor mounting configuration and separation distance, while digital signal processing ensures ±1.0% accuracy. In addition to displaying flow rate/direction, totalizer, and relay status on backlit LCD, non-contact unit provides isolated 4–20 mA output and relays for flow proportional pulse output and flow rate controls.
Pump Station Level Controller features redundant level sensing.Greyline Instruments, Inc. Massena, NY 13662
Nov 13, 2012 Equipped with non-contact ultrasonic sensor, PSL 5.0 is suitable for sewage lift stations, wet wells, and storage tanks. Users can also connect loop-powered pressure sensor for redundant sensing in applications with foam or grease. Controller will continuously recalibrate pressure sensor and automatically switch back and forth from ultrasonic to pressure sensor as required. In addition to isolated 4-20 mA output, PSL 5.0 provides 6 programmable control relays and automatic pump run time logging.
Open Channel Flow Meter prepares flow reports.Greyline Instruments, Inc. Massena, NY 13662
Mar 21, 2011 Using non-contact ultrasonic sensor, Model OCF 5.0 measures wastewater flow through flumes or weirs with accuracy of ±0.25%. Unit features backlit LCD flow rate display and totalizer, built-in data logger, and output to USB flash drives. With Windows software, meter can display and graph flow reports in fully customizable formats. Additional features include isolated 4-20 mA outputs, 2 programmable relays, and automatic temperature compensation.
Level and Flow Monitor uses non-contact ultrasonic sensor.Greyline Instruments, Inc. Massena, NY 13662
Feb 17, 2011 Equipped with 3-key calibration system, Model SLT 5.0 can be used as level transmitter for tank inventory applications with continuous display and control, or as open channel flow monitor with display and totalizer. Unit includes non-contacting PVC and Teflon® sensor rated for ranges up to 32 ft. Housed in NEMA 4X enclosure, monitor provides isolated 4-20 mA output and has 3 control relays programmable for pump control, pump alternation, level alarms, and/or flow proportionate pulse.
Area-Velocity Flowmeter offers choice of sensor configurations.Greyline Instruments, Inc. Massena, NY 13662
Jan 12, 2011 Designed for municipal stormwater, combined effluent, raw sewage, and irrigation water, AVFM 5.0 can monitor flow through open channels, partially full sewer pipes, and surcharged pipes without flume or weir. It can be configured with standard submerged velocity/level sensor, or with submerged velocity and separate non-contacting ultrasonic level sensor. Additional features include backlit flow rate display, totalizer, three 4-20 mA outputs, and 2 control relays.
Differential Level Controller also measures flow.Greyline Instruments, Inc. Massena, NY 13662
Sep 17, 2010 Intended for use in treatment plant headworks, DLT 2.0 can measure differential level at barscreen as well as open channel flow through flume. It works with 2 non-contacting ultrasonic sensors: one installed upstream from barscreen, and another installed downstream for differential level control. It is also possible to install second sensor in flume to also measure flow. Along with backlit LCD, features include relays for barscreen rake and level control as well as three 4-20 mA outputs.
