Jul 15, 2011 Comprised of freestanding workstation and dust collection unit with HEPA filter, ProCenter Plus utilizes advanced downdraft technology and is compatible with any Comco micro-abrasive blaster. Spent abrasive is swiftly evacuated from chamber to keep work area clean. To eliminate need for frequent cleanings, system can handle ample amounts of spent abrasive in its storage hopper without affecting performance. ESD control and magnifier are optional.

Oct 29, 2010 In addition to preventing overblasting, LA3250 Advanced Lathe eliminates need for masking of parts during micro abrasive blasting for manufacturers in medical, dental, aerospace, precision machining, and electronic industries. It can be configured with multiple spindles and smart tooling, which ensures proper blast head and part tooling are installed to match blast routine selected. Programming controls all aspects of process, promoting part-to-part consistency.

Feb 13, 2008 Environmentally friendly AccuFlo(TM) utilizes Simoom(TM) Technology, which mixes air and abrasive for optimal flow consistency. This results in tight control over volume of powder flowing through machine. System also incorporates ergonomic handpiece and media tank with clear top that facilitates powder level checking. LCD counters keep track of blast cycles and hours of use, and open design with color-coded air lines and connectors facilitate regular maintenance.

Nov 21, 2007 Ring Nozzle focuses multiple streams of abrasive by spreading abrasive flow uniformly over circular cross section, eliminating need for rotation of part as required in single nozzle setups. Powered by DirectFlo(TM) or PowerFloŽ micro-abrasive blasting machines, it can be integrated into existing Comco micro-abrasive blasting system, or can be mounted to Comco WorkStation with accessory kit. Interchangeable guide tubes enable unit to be used on range of wire sizes.

Nov 20, 2002 Automated SP1200 Micro-Abrading Lathe incorporates DirectFlo micro-abrasive blaster and self-contained WorkStation. System delivers stream of abrasive in programmable pattern for repeatability and control. Capable of utilizing intelligent tooling, lathe spindle can be programmed to operate in step or indexed motions as well as in continuous rotation. X Theta controlled nozzle blast position is programmable for point blasting, regional texturing, or blasting in helical path.
