Design combines tube fitting technology with O-ring seal and environmental jacket seal nut, providing leak-tight seal on stainless steel core of jacketed tubing and water-tight seal on outer diameter of tubing. Operating from -67 to 180°F, connector is available for ¼, 3/8, and ½ in. tubing with up to 1/16 in. in nominal jacketed thickness.

Depending on desired outlet pressure range, RS and RSH model regulators employ either spring-loaded diaphragm or piston as sensing element. Depending on models, outlet ranges vary from 0-43 psig to 0-5,075 psig, 0-43 psig to 0-10,150 psig, and 1.5-43 psig. End connection sizes and types are ½-2 in. NPT or BSPP pipe thread and ANSI or DIN pipe flanges. Also, ¼ in. female NPT gauge connection is standard.

Spring-loaded, pressure reducing TBRS accommodates inlet pressures from 1.5-230 psig and can regulate outlet pressures down to 0.07-7.3 psig, while spring-loaded back pressure TBVS senses pressure from 0.07-7.3 psig. Inner fiber braid is surrounded by outer braid of 304 stainless steel wire and non-contaminating silicone cover. W Series Hoses, ranging from 3/8-½ in. with pressures to 1,000 psig, share similar construction but add insulation wrap between 2 braid layers and carbon black-filled PTFE core in place of standard PTFE core. Both operate from -65 to 450°F.
