Mar 10, 2014 Offering weld and grind modes, Tweco® weighs 16 oz, has 3.86 x 1.69 in. viewing area, and will darken when TIG welding even at 5 A. Solar power eliminates need to change batteries, and helmet switches from light to dark in 33 µsec and vice-versa within 3 selectable ranges: 0.25–0.35 sec, 0.35–0.50 sec, and 0.50–0.80 sec. Sensitivity and delay knobs on outside of helmet shell allow for adjustment while welding, while recessed lens design helps prevent faceplate scratches when set down.

Jul 12, 2013 Ultra-Cut® XT Series delivers ISO Class 3 or better cuts on any material from gauge to 2 in. thick, reducing bevel and need for post-cut finishing in automated plasma cutting. On non-ferrous materials, unit produces optimal cut quality using Water Mist Secondary (WMS™) process. Power supplies, able to cut 1 in. thick steel at 80 ipm and 2 in. thick steel at 30 ipm, use HeavyCut™ consumables, which use multiple hafnium insert and feature 2-piece tip, for cutting at 300 and 400 A.

Apr 10, 2013 Comprised of 2-piece, medium- and heavy-duty models, 400 Series features color-coded and labeled oxygen and fuel valves. Handle uses engineered zinc-aluminum alloy and resists deformation, while cutting attachment with three-tube design optimizes line-of-sight visibility. Tube design supports gas flow rate requirements for tip sizes 000–6, and universal mixer design lets operators use one torch for all fuels by selecting correct tips/attachments.

Aug 01, 2012 With accuracy of 0.025 in., Arcair-Matic® N7500 can gouge with carbons up to ¾ in. in diameter at 1,600 A at 100% duty cycle. Automatic system comes with digital pendant that promotes consistency via pre-set parameter menu based on carbon size and gouge depth. Front end provides operators with optimal view of seam, design facilitates slag removal, and bottom of gouge exhibits minimal carbon deposits. Also, rough machining mode compensates for out-of-round rolls or pitted areas.

Jul 02, 2012 Designed for applications requiring precise and constant outlet pressure, EST4 EDGE(TM) Series includes heavy-duty regulators for acetylene, oxygen, inert gases, CO2, methane, and hydrogen. SLAM(TM) (Shock Limitation and Absorption Mechanism) technology, built into adjusting knob, provides strength, safety, and protection for regulator internals. With only one impact point, series features gauges recessed into body and internal flow path that promotes consistency from full to empty cylinder.
