Single-chip device, operating from -40 to +85°C, supports Bell 202 shift frequencies from 1,200–2,200 Hz and can deliver 1,200 bps half-duplex data rate. Along with built-in power amplifier, 17-bit sigma-delta DAC, and watchdog mechanism, product has 3–5.5 V range and draws 190 µA in standby with system clock running (76 µA without clock).

Featuring 2.1 MHz switching frequency, NCV896530 dual channel step-down DC-DC converter is targeted at driver assistance systems. Both channels are externally adjustable from 0.9–3.3 V and can source currents up to 1,600 mA.
