Strips are slit from standard 2 x 4 ft sheets using modified slitter, and this method of pre-cutting is often needed in first step to stamping or machining operation. Since setup time is involved to prepare modified slitter to handle slitting sheets, pricing depends on number of cuts and volume being run.

Manufactured from FDA, USDA, and 3A Dairy compliant resin, material is resistant to hot water and most cleaning chemicals. It is used for bushings, rollers, and other components requiring low moisture absorption, chemical resistance, and dimensional stability.
