Interlock System fastens spot welding robot connector.

Multi-Contact USA    Windsor, CA 95492
Mar 14, 2013 RobiFix-LOCK is available for RobiFix primary circuit connector, which provides power supply in welding robot dress pack with single-core cables. With RobiFix-LOCK, connector can be fastened and/or locked. This permits robot to be fastened to mounting plate. In addition, RobiFix-LOCK can be used for on-the-fly interlocking of plug connection in manual welding gun applications.

Shielded Connectors are suited for high-power applications.

Dec 26, 2012 Equipped with undetachable protection caps, 16BV-GS and 21BV-GS are shielded round connectors designed for harsh environments. Products are made for cable cross sections of 50–240 mm˛ and 300 mm˛, respectively, for 16BV-GS and 21BV-GS, and both offer bayonet locking, mechanical code, and color code for safe connection. Optional micro switch indicates mated connection. Uses include any application susceptible to, or that may cause, EMI.

Nov 07, 2012 Measuring 21 mm in diameter, 21BV Series provides current carrying capacity up to 800 A. Single pole, insulated connectors are intended for use in mobile power generators, mobile emergency power systems, event cabling, and production test facilities. Featuring IP65 and IP68 ratings for protection against dust and water ingress, connectors offer temperature resistance up to 120°C. Units include smart bayonet locking system and are IP2X touch protected in unmated condition.

Junction Box features 1,000 V UL rating.

Multi-Contact USA    Windsor, CA 95492
May 25, 2012 Available in 10 and 12 A versions, Westlake Junction Box for crystalline modules features flat design, which enables it to be installed directly under module frame. Module's horizontal contact ribbons are connected to contact plates of junction box by welding, spring clips, or soldering. Using PPE polymer enclosure materials, box resists penetration by water, dust, and salt spray. Protective lid geometry prevents kinking of cable at bush outlet, ensuring water-tightness of cable glands.

May 13, 2009 Part of modular CombiTac connector system, contact carriers are available for Ethernet cabling and field bus systems. CAT 5 IEEE 802.3 Ethernet types have 2 RJ45 sockets connected to 8-pole, gold-plated plugs or sockets on opposite side. CT-NET bus types, rated CAT 6, can hold one or two 8-pole, male/female connectors. Contacts are gold-plated and have Multilam® torsion spring elements. Termination is via crimping for flexible copper conductors with cross-sections from 0.25-0.75 mm˛.
Magnetic Adapters accelerate safe connection of test leads.

Jan 21, 2009 Used where clamping is not possible, magnetic adapters safely attach test leads onto screw heads. Adapter tip consists of bar magnet between 2 steel poles for optimal adhesion, and slightly concave shape of magnetic tip ensures optimal contact. Two versions are available, with 7 or 11 mm dia magnets, and both have rigid insulated socket for push fitting onto standard 4 mm dia spring-loaded plug with rigid insulating sleeve. Respectively, they are rated 1,000 V CATIII and CATIV.
High-Frequency Test Probes offer rise time of 0.9 ns.

Nov 21, 2008 Compatible with all oscilloscopes, Isoprobe® III high-frequency (250-500 MHz) test probes have coaxial connecting cable with low capacitance. Flexible PVC insulated coaxial leads terminate in BNC plug with integrated compensation unit. Most models have 10:1 dividing ratios, and 100:1 probe is available for measurements on sensitive circuits. Along with input capacitance as low as 12 pF, these passive probes feature ergonomic design and are touch protected to 1,000 V, CATIII.
Cable Termination System offers crimp-free connections.

Oct 07, 2008 AxiClamp has connector body with solid metal cone that clamps copper cable strands against internal taper on metal sleeve. When screwed tightly together, resulting connection provides long-term contact resistance equivalent to crimping. System comes in versions with plug and socket connections that can be panel mounted or in-line versions for back-to-back splicing of cable. Connectors are designed for electrical and mechanical connection of copper cables from 6-300 mm˛, class 5 and 6.
Test Leads are rated for use at voltages up to 1,000 V CATIV.

Jul 30, 2008 UL approved test leads are terminated with 4 mm diameter plugs for connecting standard safety test clips and probes to enable safe, fuse-protected measurements. They accept 6.3 x 32 mm UK style fuses, which can be fitted by unscrewing 2 part connector. Available with PVC/silicone insulation, leads are fitted with Multilam® plugs with rigid insulating sleeves. Two HRC type fuses can be supplied, rated at 0.5 or 1.6 A, both with breaking capacity of 50 kA.
