It uses ½ hp motor rated for 10 cycles/hr with standard gearhead reduction to operate fire doors in openings up to 150 ft² in area. Optional awning crank over-ride, also included, enables emergency operation during power loss. Limits are driven during drop testing and require no resetting, and there is no tension loss during activation.
