Servo-driven cycling turntable features stainless steel rotary union, remote operator pendant control, and accuracy and motion needed for multi-component injection molding. Designed to accommodate full range of pipe diameters, TP75 offers high torque capability and throughput of up to 500 kg/hr. Extruding smaller products, machine offers minimal screw deflection to optimize homogeneity of melt, and is compatible with heat- and shear-sensitive materials including PVC, vinyl, and WPC. Unit includes air- and oil-cooled barrels, while optional gearbox oil quality monitoring and Torque MasterŽ gearbox with internal oil cooling are available.

Available from 310-4,400 tons, Maxima Servo uses permanent-magnet servo motor in place of standard induction motor or frequency drive, enabling speeds from 0-3,000 rpm in both directions. Two-platen clamping system applies pressure directly to center of mold instead of corners for consistent part quality. Featuring modular design, machine includes dynamic speed control system, energy optimization and monitoring diagnostics, and internal gear pump that runs only when needed.
