Featuring bias stability of 15°/hr, Model MPU-3300 is suited for range of industrial applications, including Attitude Heading Reference Systems, which require stable performance for precision-attitude tracking. Single-chip, monolithic 3-axis device includes 16-bit ADCs, programmable digital filters, embedded temperature sensor, and both SPI and I2C interfaces. Housed in 4 x 4 x 0.9 mm QFN package, gyroscope operates from -40 to +105°C and consumes just 3.6 mA.

Offering 3 axes of rotation - pitch, roll, yaw - on one silicon chip, ITG-3200(TM) features three 16-bit ADCs that enable fast motion gaming while concurrently supporting precision pointing and cursor control. This 3-axis MEMS gyroscope exhibits no cross axis interference and zero rate offset shift, while digital output eliminates external high-resolution ADCs. Other features include low-pass filters, temperature sensor, and Fast Mode I²C serial interface.
