Mar 04, 2014 Used for on-line analysis of hydrocarbon process streams, FCP-020 withstands demanding conditions, including continuous 24/7 outdoor operation, and features window sealing technique involving direct sapphire to metal welded pressure seal. Sapphire, high nickel alloys, and thin layer of gold or PTFE are only materials in contact with process, ensuring chemical resistance. High nickel alloy seal, compressed at high pressure prior to welding, enables extreme temperature cycling resistance.

Space between probe body and outer jacket can be continuously flushed with steam or other hot fluid to prevent condensation, and metal surfaces of probe are polished to further discourage sample adhesion.
