Aug 13, 2012 Designed to be installed in Oberon enclosures based on Model 1052 back-box, Model 1790 enables wireless system to sense and log unauthorized opening. When installed in-line with Power over Ethernet connection to Wi-Fi Access Point, switch will disrupt incoming power to WAP when enclosure door or lock is opened. Enterprise class access points will log this event, as will wireless controllers. Enclosures are attached directly to building structure for additional protection.
