Jun 28, 2012 Providing fine flat matte surface with soft tactile finish, Autotex® Softouch offers resistance to surface wear, abrasion, and wide range of chemicals and solvents. Product is suited for surface applications such as nameplates or membrane switches, wherever tactile experience may be required. Available in roll or sheet format and thicknesses of 150 or 200 microns, film can be embossed, creating domed switches that can withstand over 5 million actuations.

Jun 28, 2012 For use as graphics overlay material in keyboards, fascias, and instrument panels, Autotex Steel has ink receptive layer on reverse surface and hardcoated outer layer that is chemically bonded and UV cured. Hardcoat layer has textured finish which, when film is printed on reverse with standard metallic or newly developed mirror inks, creates appearance of brushed stainless steel panel. Outer surface resists abrasion, surface impact, and chemicals/solvents and will not show fingerprints.

Jun 05, 2009 Designed for use in dip tanks and with screens pressure-washed clean after soaking, CPS Aquastrip 21 can also be used manually with spray or brush and as well as in automatic reclaiming equipment. It removes plastisol, some residual ink staining from screen, and other general textile and UV inks simultaneously with stencil. Product is available in single pack as concentrate with recommended water dilution ratio of 1:10.

May 18, 2009 Suited for membrane switches, keypads, and fascia panels, Autotex Steel Film is manufactured using polyester substrate, coated with ink adhesion layer on reverse side and hardcoat outer layer, which is chemically bonded to substrate. Hardcoat has textured finish which, when film is printed on reverse side with chrome, metallic, or silver inks, creates appearance of brushed stainless steel or other metallic look. Offered in 0.006 or 0.008 in. thicknesses, film is abrasion- and chemical-resistant.

Sep 17, 2008 Autosol XFT one-pot photopolymer emulsion is specifically formulated for use on computer-to-screen imaging systems. Fast exposing emulsion, suited for fully automated stencil production applications, has deep red color, optimizing color contrast for visual inspection after processing, and does not require sensitizing prior to use. Autosol XFT is designed for use with solvent and conventional UV curable inks.

Aug 28, 2008 At 54, 64, and 74 in. wide, Quadra-III systems utilize versions of Roland XJ printers with features specific to generation of film positives/negatives. Software drivers promote registration and length accuracy, while friction-free film transport and low-tension take-up reel promote film-to-film fit. In addition to belt-driven head carriage, systems employ symmetrically spaced grit rollers and 3 mm ink feed lines. Printing speeds reach 80 ft²/hr, and halftone capability is 35-75 lpi.

Feb 09, 2007 Providing textured surface, SIGMAGraF UVjet AM features Microban® antimicrobial protection, which inhibits growth of odor and stain causing bacteria on product surface and lasts for working life of film. UV-cured hardcoat surface is chemically bonded onto dimensionally stable, polyester base layer, while reverse side is primed for use with all UV-cured digital inks. Anti-slip hardcoat is scratch- and abrasion-resistant, and can be cleaned with conventional detergents and solvents.

Oct 30, 2006 Autotex AM has hard-coated, textured surface resistant to scratches, chemicals, and aggressive cleaning agents. Utilizing Microban® antimicrobial protection, which inhibits growth of microbes on contact, it can be used to manufacture fitness equipment, including treadmills, rowing machines, and exercise bikes. Film has flex life suited for tactile membrane keys and other curved surfaces, and is resistant to stress fractures and weak points.
