Aerial Flying Probers include thermal scan.

SEICA Inc.    Salem, NH 03079
Mar 19, 2010 Based on VIVA Integrated Platform core hardware and software, AERIAL Flying Probers include 2 Flying IC Thermal Detection Units positioned on each side of unit under test to detect thermal parameters of ICs under power. Purpose is to compare temperatures of known good boards to suspect boards and indict bad components in depot repair environment. Models range from 2-8 test probes, accessing simultaneously one or both sides of board, which can be positioned horizontally or vertically.

SEICA Inc.    Salem, NH 03079
Aug 19, 2009 S280 is equipped with 8 independent mobile probes, 4 probes on each board side. Pass-through conveyor and multi-type-board-handler enable it to work operator-free, and up to 100 different PCBs can be loaded and tested automatically. Pneumatic board handler stretches large panels and thin PCBs and includes motorized width adjustment. Each test head moves independently, allowing different tests without probe change. Viva software simplifies calibration and diagnostics.

Flying Probe Test System examines 2 UUT sides simultaneously.

SEICA Inc.    Salem, NH 03079
Apr 02, 2008 Compact, ergonomic Pilot V8 features vertical architecture enabling high speed, high-precision probing on both sides of UUT simultaneously. It is equipped with 8 electrical flying test probes, 2 Openfix capacitive and 2 power flying probes, plus 2 CCD cameras. Featuring full range of in-circuit and functional test capabilities, system can also implement net-oriented measurement techniques and can execute parallel tests on 2 UUTs at same time.

Test Systems repair electronic boards with/without CAD data.

SEICA Inc.    Salem, NH 03079
Oct 11, 2007 Models Aerial M2 and Aerial M4 automatic test systems detect continuity faults on electronic boards as well as stuck at type faults on active components, both analog and digital, via power on testing. Multi-frequency stimulus capability and analysis of results via integrated DSP technology and FFT data processing allows analog signature analysis. On-board software provides detailed fault diagnostics and indicates necessary repair actions.

Flying Probe Test System enables flexible board development.

SEICA Inc.    Salem, NH 03079
Feb 20, 2007 Expandable via optional in-circuit test and visual inspection software modules, AERIAL minimizes time needed for board development while promoting test flexibility. Programming and operation can be accomplished by any user for testing prototypes, samples, and small- to medium-sized production runs. Four independent mobile probes enable simultaneous, double-sided testing, while One Touch Per Net technique is used to characterize net and identify faults on subsequent test boards.

PCB Test System enables flexible inspection routines.

SEICA Inc.    Salem, NH 03079
Dec 20, 2006 AERIAL M4, based on the core hardware and software of VIVA Integrated Platform (VIP), uses 4 independent, mobile test probes to carry out tests on both sides of PCB under test (2 on each side). Vertical, compact structure facilitates loading and testing of boards, and clamping system eliminates vibration and oscillation of board during test. Also available, automated PILOT VIP Flying Probe System integrates complete set of test tools and techniques as well as user-programmable SMEMA conveyor.
