Jan 24, 2011 Developed to compliment HVTSE (High Vacuum Twin Screw Extrusion) system for dryer-less production of PET sheet, Intrinsic Viscosity (IV) real-time monitoring system is based on measurement of melt temperature and capillary piping pressures. Viscosity and subsequent intrinsic viscosity are calculated to ±0.02 dl/g accuracy, and extracted test data is continuously fed into TITAN control system for display, storage, and access.

It is designed in ergonomic console with triple touchscreen capable panel that swivels 180° and features color printer access,storage cubbies, and USB and AC ports and plugs. System can email, page, or text administrators if machine goes down or needs maintenance. Voice annunciation feature announces cause for alarms in 1 of 4 languages.

Jun 17, 2009 Offered in monolayer or coextrusion formats, GLOBALINE® produces sheet from materials such as PP, PS, PET, and polylactic acid in widths of 40 or 60 in. It can be configured for production outputs between 650-3,900 lb/hr. Design includes linear bearing mounted frame infrastructure; pivoting extruder base via hydraulic jacking system, simplifying screw removal/maintenance; and touchscreen controls. Available in NPE version for inline thermoforming or full-length for producing roll stock.
