Product is controlled with single +5.0 V serial or parallel control line and provides 360° phase shift range with step size of 5.6°. Insertion loss is 4.0 dB, with ±0.5 dB attenuation variation and ±3.0° phase accuracy over 5.0–6.0 GHz range. Other features include 0.3 dB RMS attenuation error and 2° RMS phase error.
