Mar 25, 2011 With 4-in-1 formulation, DriTac SMC reduces time and labor associated with sealing concrete substrate or adding sound control membrane in preparation for glue-down hardwood flooring installation. Single-step system reduces moisture vapor transmission in concrete substrates from as high as 12 lb per ASTM 1869 and also allows up to 85% RH per ASTM 2179. Adhesive also forms sound control membrane, acts as crack suppressant, and bridges existing cracks in concrete substrates up to 1/8 in.
