Aug 24, 2011 Featuring delivery through shank, Coolant Thru Tool Holders optimize insert lubrication and cooling and extend tool life. Interchangeable coolant orifice plates at insert top level enable exact control over coolant volume, pressure, and velocity. Insert pocket conforms to 80°, 55°, and 35° ISO style turning inserts, while coolant inlet uses NPT fittings, eliminating use of solid coolant delivery lines. Available in ½ and 5/8 in. square shank sizes, holders withstand pressures to 10,000 psi.

Jul 09, 2009 Designed for soft and hard metal applications, Swiss Silver cutting oils eliminate wax-like buildup on machine's slide surfaces that can catch chips that create abrasion, loss of accuracy, and machine maintenance. All formulations are clear, and low viscosity results in less fluid use, less fluid carry out on parts, and less chance of tolerance change as machine oil temperature increases. Swiss Silver can be used with high-pressure delivery systems.
