Apr 23, 2013 Available in sizes up to 90 mm diameter in both round and square styles, lmao® O.D. Holding Clamps handle irregular shapes and workpieces with circumference. SAE-1045 alloy steel body provides strong, solid base, while 4-part aluminum jaws can be machined to custom fit part. Clamps allow for part repeatability of ±0.03 mm and jaw locating repeatability of ±0.02 mm. With clamping stroke of 0.15 mm for each jaw, clamps are suited for use with die cast, extruded, solid-drawn, and prefinished parts.

Nov 06, 2012 Domed Handle Quick Release Pins feature ergonomic dome actuator button aiding in installation and removal of units, even if operator is wearing gloves. When button is depressed, balls retract into pin allowing it to be inserted or removed. Dome actuator buttons are available in 300 series stainless steel or 2024-T4 aluminum and clear anodized, while positive locking pins are offered in 4130 alloy steel, 17-4 stainless steel, and 300 Series stainless steel shank materials.

For heavy-duty models, clamping force is rated to 786 or 1,348 lb, arm length is 42 or 48 mm, and variable clamping height ranges from 70-80 mm or 80-90 mm.
