Jan 24, 2013 In addition to MERV 15 rating, HemiPleat® eXtreme Nano Fiber Filter is also available with MERV 16 media that delivers efficiency of 99.999% on 0.5 micron and larger particles by weight. Tri-layer technology is used to apply 2 layers of fine-pored nano fibers that act as pre-filter to base media, capturing most of dust at surface before it imbeds in filter. Open-pleat design optimizes utilization of media pack, while double gasket around perimeter prevents dust from accumulating on top of pan.

Dec 12, 2012 Featuring modular construction, Gold Series® has reinforced door with double-thick hinges, and single flat inside panel to create smooth, air-tight gasketed seal. Fans are equipped with damper actuator handle that allows user to see from ground level whether damper is open or closed. Inside collector, gaskets have been moved to edges of pan so that no dust builds up on vertically mounted filters. Additional features include touchscreen controls, spark diverter inlet, and diaphragm silencer.

Jul 24, 2012 Adding protection to Gold Series® cartridge dust and fume collection systems, Spark Arrestor operates without perforations or screens to take control of sparks and channel them away from filters and into dust collector's hopper. Unit works by creating torturous paths that give sparks and embers time to lose energy as they are directed to safe area. Each module can handle max of 10,000 cfm, but optimal volume is 7,000 cfm where static pressure is less than 2 in. w.g.

Jun 04, 2012 Integrated on top of Gold Series® cartridge dust collectors, ASHRAE-grade Safety Monitoring Filters prevent collected dust from re-entering workspace in event of leak in dust collector's primary filtering system. Each after-filter module incorporates 2 Riga-Flo® filters rated at 95% ASHRAE efficiency and capable of handling 2,650 cfm of air/filter. By preventing flames from recirculating into workspace, units also qualify as flame arresters as outlined in NFPA Performance-based provisions.

It is available with either 2 or 4 Gold Cone(TM) HemiPleat® filter cartridges, in 2 efficiencies: 99.99% (MERV 11) or 99.999% (MERV 15/16) on 0.5 micron particles. Cyclonic tangential inlet knocks out most dust as it enters collector, minimizing dust contact with filters, prolonging filter life. Pulse-cleaning system in system is regulated by solid state control panel.
