Units can be configured with 4-12 ingredient hoppers, with each hopper capable of running 0-100% of recipe with dispensing accuracy up to ±0.02%. Comprised of 1.25/2.5, 5, 12, and 18/25 kg models, Series offers throughput rates over 10,000 pph.

Nov 19, 2009 Utilizing off-the-shelf electronics and blender control software for optimal throughput, Guardian® Series come standard with touch screen operator interface that can be remote mounted up to 1,000 ft from blender. Each hopper has 90° side and no transition sections to maximize material flow. Three-phase mixer motor and starter come standard for sizes 5 kg and larger. All models offer dual hinged doors with quick release latches for weigh hopper/mixer access.

May 27, 2009 Designed for powder feeders in 4- or 6-element configuration, XU Series continuous, loss-in-weight powder blender allows gravimetric blending of nonfree-flowing powder materials with free-flowing powder/pellet materials. Units allow individual rates from 0.2-3,000 pph and utilize DSP technology to filter out noise and vibration. They include removable hopper with dust-tight band clamp; bottom trough design to provide maximum material exposure to auger; and PWM-controlled drive system.
