Jul 31, 2014 Precision machined and available with custom threads ranging from extra-fine to coarse, Shaft Collars offer precise adjustability and positive locking for mounting and positioning devices on shaft. Units are manufactured to specification in 1-piece, 2-piece, and set-screw designs. Machined from aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and special alloys in sizes ranging from 1/8–6 in. dia, collars can be customized with spanner holes on face or OD and straight or diamond knurls on OD.

May 15, 2014 With infinitely adjustable design and smooth bore that enable attachment without marring, Stafford Shaft Collars are sized to fit square or round structural tubing securely for locating, stopping, mounting, and attaching objects. Product can be modified on OD to accommodate various mounting arrangements. These machined 2-piece shaft collars, offered in ½–6 in. ID (round) and ¼–4 in. (square) bore sizes, can be supplied in aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel.

Sep 24, 2013 Featuring triple-link hinge and captive clamping screw, Hinged Shaft Collars provide same holding power as standard 2-piece collars. Units are available with square, hex, round, and threaded bores, and are suited for assembly or repair in remote access locations such as conveyor systems and other difficult-to-reach machinery and equipment. Offered in steel and 2 grades of stainless steel, collars come in 25 sizes from 3/8–4 in. ID and 16 metric sizes from 6–50 mm.

Dowel holes enable precise locating, while 4-hole patterns enable multiple attachment options. With 8 drilled and tapped holes, design lets users attach mounting half to object and secure shaft, tube, or pipe using clamping half or screw through both halves to object. Units are machined from steel with smooth bore and are suitable for larger, non-rotary applications. Size combinations include: 2 1/8 in. OD with ½, 5/8, ¾, 7/8, and 1 in. bores; 3 ¼ in. Specials are also available in larger sizes and can incorporate custom modifications such as threaded bores, slots, grooves, drilled and tapped holes, and special OD treatments.
