Model VT550L features polypropylene and polyester strapping and is designed for light duty applications. With maximum tension of 700 lb, VT700L works with variety of polyester strap widths and thicknesses making it suitable for heavy duty and high-tension applications. Accommodating hard-to-reach places, battery-operated tools have charge time of 60 minutes.

Semi-Automatic Strapper operates at speeds of 2.5 sec/cycle.

For operation, user turns system on, loads strapping, and flips switch. System uses ¼–½ in. polypropylene strapping for boxes and packages down to 1 ¾ x 1 in.  (with small package option). Machine includes sensor-controlled heating system, electronic tension control, adjustable welding time, and optional digital readout for tension and feed settings.

Edge and Corner Protectors are made from 100% recycled HDPE.

Nov 29, 2010 Offering green alternative to paper or laminated products for unitizing and edge protection ECOGUARD(TM) is manufactured from 100% recycled high density polyethylene (HDPE) and does not contain any glues, adhesives, inks, or other non-plastic contaminants that hinder recyclability. Waterproof product, designed to be re-used, comes in stock sizes as well as custom weights and lengths. It can be used with strap or stretch film for unitizing packages on pallet.
