Designed for use on non-porous and coated rubber surfaces, P-80® RediLube eases assembly of tight-fitting parts. Product is biodegradable and does not contain alcohol, petroleum, distillates, or silicone. Micro-90® is alkaline cleaner with formulation of chelants, ionic, and non-ionic ingredients that produces lifting, dispersing, emulsifying, sequestering, suspending, and decomposing cleaning actions. Target soils include oil, grease, wax, tar, flux, particulates, hard water stains, and biological debris. Micro® A07 is citric acid cleaner with blend of chelating citric acid and anionic surfactants for removal of scale, oxide, mineral deposits, rust, and other inorganic soils.

NSF-Registered for USDA A1 use, Micro® A07 Citric Acid Cleaner removes oxide, scale, mineral deposits, milkstone, and inorganic soils. Biodegradable blend of chelating citric acid and anionic surfactants has typical pH of 2.5 and zero-VOC, phosphate free, non-corrosive formulation. It carries no hazardous shipping regulations and can be used in CIP, ultrasonic bath, immersion, and mild agitation as well as filter membrane applications.

P-80® Grip-It quick-drying hose lubricant lubricates tight fitting rubber parts so they slip easily into place, then dries quickly to allow natural tight fit of rubber to return. It can be applied by automatic or manual methods including spray, bath, sponge, brush, or squirt techniques. Lubricant is compatible with metals, plastics, and natural or synthetic rubbers, and has low VOCs, near-neutral pH, and is non-toxic and non-flammable.

P-80(R) THIX temporary rubber lubricant remains where it is applied without dripping, puddling or running. Thixotropic gel is designed to lubricate rubber parts in overhead assembly lines or those which are aligned vertically to floor. P-80(R) THIX is non-toxic, non-flammable, and free of VOCs. It contains no carcinogenic or mutagenic ingredients, and has near-neutral pH (7.5-9.0).
