PLC controls provide single-dispense programming for RPM, index, and acceleration, while programmable encoder controls rotation of auger and provides 57,000 counts per 360° revolution, allowing valve to repeatably dispense down to 0.005 in. Valve can repeatably dispense 5.5 mil volumes, depending on material and application requirements. Multiple cartridge styles accommodate 3 different needle styles. Auger and cartridge liner are carbide, creating almost frictionless operation. Valve is suited for high-density interconnect, optoelectronics, and semiconductor packaging applications.

Mar 07, 2003 EZ-FLOâ„¢ Luer-Lok® style dispensing needles are precision machined from single piece of stainless steel with ID tolerance of ±0.0002 in. Chamfered tips are finely ground in conical direction for better transfer of material from needle tip to dispensing surface. Easy Release needles accommodate surface mount epoxy, solder paste, solder mask, and conductive epoxy. They are offered in 22–28 gauge with .25 in. length.

Dec 11, 2002 No-Drip vacuum-sealed cartridge dispenses flux, underfill, and encapsulation. Product utilizes post-dispense vacuum to reverse internal auger, drawing excess material back into cartridge. Amount and duration of vacuum is programmable. Unit dispenses low-viscosity materials that tend to drip between dispense locations. Precision machined DL Cartridges are available in 3 styles: floating/fixed, large-hub, and Luer-style.
