Net-Weight Fillers are available with universal nozzle.

Sidel, Inc.    NOrcross, GA 30092
May 04, 2011 GW net-weight filler comes in several configurations to meet needs of vegetable oil, dairy product, and sauce packagers. Weight sensors are made entirely of stainless steel, can be used for volumes up to 5 L, and feature IP69K protection. Offset valve promotes flexibility for processing liquid as well as more viscous products, while dosing precision is optimized via level regulation system. Output speeds reach up to 60,000 bottles/hr. Hygienic design complies with 3A, EHEDG, and FDA standards.

Single File Bottle Conveyor offers flexible, ergonomic design.

Sidel, Inc.    NOrcross, GA 30092
Jan 21, 2011 Suited for bottling lines with speeds of under 30,000 bottles/hr, AQ-File conveyor is used for accumulation of filled or empty containers. Unit enables accumulation by varying length of accumulation chain, while mobile carriage moves back and forth to create accumulation and advances to discharge containers. Format changeovers require minimal adjustment, and product is available in lengths from 10-50 m and with 1-3 modules in parallel, straight, or L configuration.

Modular Labeler applies self-adhesive and cold-glue labels.

Sidel, Inc.    NOrcross, GA 30092
Dec 15, 2010 Based on linear motor drive technology and direct motor drives, Model SL 90 minimizes need for maintenance by eliminating mechanical gears. Unit handles both round and irregularly shaped packaging, and can label up to 60,000 bottles/hour. Using several cameras, vision system orients bottles, guaranteeing correct positioning of labels. Application of label to container can be adjusted electronically, and pneumatically assisted guards open independently for cleaning.

Dec 02, 2010 Rollsleeve creates and applies plastic shrink sleeves from machine direction orientation (MDO) label roll onto glass, plastic, and metal containers. Tubing creation process takes place in machine, which also supports changeover to hot glue roll-fed applications. Internal processes do not stress film, and system accommodates range of material choices. Operating up to 54,000 bph, machine can apply labels with thickness from 18-150 microns.
Blow Mold Changeover System offers semi-automatic operation.

Sidel, Inc.    NOrcross, GA 30092
Sep 16, 2010 Bottle Switch(TM) improves blow molder flexibility by reducing mold changeover time in order to adapt to accelerated product changeover times on filler. Less than 1 min is required to change mold, reducing machine downtime while helping to avoid investment in storage silos or intermediate palletization. Semi-automatic solution places required blowing station directly in front of operator, who is only required to change molds. Removal/installation in mold support units is tool free.
Accumulation Table ensures regulation of packaging lines.

Sep 25, 2009 Model AQ-HC ensures regulation of packaging lines by varying operating speed of other machines in order to adapt to production needs, compensate for machine shutdown, and manage continuous flow of products. Ultrasonic sensors are used upstream for precise detection of flows, while downstream, use of mechatronic drive system enables quick, smooth variation of conveyor speeds. It is capable of handling wide range of container types and formats in different configurations.

Sep 25, 2009 Targeting still and sparkling beverage markets, SBO Universal(TM)2 is capable of blowing bottles from recycled PET. Oven configuration, featuring 50 mm pitch, ensures sufficient heating time for output rate of 2,000 bottles per hour per mode, while lamps and oven adaptations help minimize energy consumption. Since bottles produced contain 50% recycled materials, they can display plant-based forms on sides.

Preferential Heating Blow Molder uses linear technology.

Sidel, Inc.    NOrcross, GA 30092
Nov 18, 2008 Built for flexible operation, SBO 4 Compact(TM) Preferential Heating machine can produce flat bottles and complex shapes in PET at production rates up to 5,600 bottles/hr and may also be configured to run standard production bottles. While optimized for preferential heating, SBO can also be run for standard production via reconfiguration that takes less than 30 min. Quick Change molds reduce format changeover times to 15 min.
