Designed for use on EOS DMLS machines, Aluminum 6061 is precipitation hardened and heat-treated to exceed minimum requirement of AMS standards for 6061-T6. General purpose alloy is comparable to typical commercial wrought properties and is suited for variety of applications found in aerospace, transportation, consumer products, and medical industries.
Stainless Steel is intended for DMLS manufacturing.

Precipitation hardened to exceed minimum requirement of AMS standards, Stainless 17-4 PH is available with multiple heat treatment options, from H900 to H1150, that yield range of material properties tailored to engineering applications: YS from 112.9-140.2 ksi, UTS from 152.9-206.3 ksi, elongation from 11.8%-13.2%, and HRC hardness from 28-43 HRC. Pre-alloyed stainless steel, supplied in fine powder form, exhibits properties suited for machining and welding.
