QC Industries    Batavia, OH 45103
Nov 15, 2011 Featuring 1.95 in. high rigid aluminum frame and design resistant to twisting, Automation Series AS40Z offers 3 configurations: horizontal to inclined, inclined to horizontal, and horizontal to inclined to horizontal. Angles of 30°, 45°, and 60° are available as standard, and others are available as special orders. To aid tracking, conveyors, which carry loads up to 120 lb and move at speeds to 200 fpm, feature Z-Track design and optional V-Guide belts.

Sep 17, 2009 Constructed with single-piece extruded aluminum frame, Automation Series AS40 and AS65 handle speeds up to 400 fpm and loads up to 120 lb. Widths are available in increments from 2-24 in. and lengths range from 18 in. to 13 ft. Pivot(TM) rotatable drive technology on AS40 end drive conveyors allows drive to be rotated in field to almost any position, while AS65 center drive conveyors feature below-belt drive that can be positioned at any point along length of conveyor.

QC Industries    Batavia, OH 45103
Aug 11, 2009 Available on all standard Automation Series conveyor widths ranging from 2-24 in., nosebar tail offers 11 mm outer belt diameter, that, when placed end to end, minimizes gap between conveyors, enabling small parts to pass without becoming trapped. Tail is compatible with both pushing and pulling applications and is capable of speeds up to 125 fpm.

Jul 23, 2009 Featuring low-profile design, Automation Series Conveyors have Pivot rotatable drives that can be positioned to avoid product on conveyor belt or obstructions caused by integrated machines. To change position, users loosen 2 set screws, rotate drive, and retighten screws. Timing belt inside guard transfers torque from motor to conveyor's drive pulley. Capable of belt speeds up to 400 fpm, Pivot drive package is compatible with any QC Industries ac or dc gearmotors.

Low-Profile Belt Conveyors accommodate rotatable drives.

QC Industries    Batavia, OH 45103
Apr 22, 2009 Automation Series conveyors accept Pivot(TM) drives, which can be rotated to almost any position as application requirements change to avoid product on conveyor belt or obstructions caused by integrated machines. Timing belt inside guard transfers torque from motor to conveyor's drive pulley. Pivot drive package works with any standard QC Industries AC or DC gearmotor, including compact and quiet brushless DC motors. They are capable of belt speeds up to 400 fpm.

Mar 10, 2009 Automation Series incorporates Tension Release Tail, which facilitates and accelerates belt changes and under-belt cleaning. With one push of button, Tension Release Tail relieves tension on belt by flipping up and out of the way. No tools are required, and tail reseats with gentle push to reapply original tension. This feature, standard on all Automation Series conveyors, is also compatible with all QC Industries' side rails and guides as well as flat and v-guided belts.
