Dec 04, 2009 STM-S series utilizes 2-mass/sub-natural frequency drive design to boost throughput while utilizing less horsepower for mining and mineral processing industry applications. Design allows for accelerated unit removal for reconditioning, and modulated polyurethane screen decks are designed to facilitate installation and replacement. Dual in-board vibratory motors eliminate belts, shafts, and bearings for increased uptime and extended service intervals.

General Kinematics Corp.    Crystal Lake, IL 60014
May 22, 2009 Able to eliminate popcorn slag, pans, and apron conveyors, GK dry slag system is available in custom widths and lengths to fit unique process and space requirements. Slag is conveyed and transformed into pancake slag on cooling deck conveyor and can immediately be containerized or discharged to quench tank. Proprietary cooling trough technology consistently maintains product temperature, and resulting granular material can be used for aggregate in other industries.
