Contrast ratio is 2000:1, and resolution of 256 x 64, with 16 gray scale, allows use of monographic picture menus. It includes display driver interface, touchscreen drivers, video and still image playback software, and Micro-SD interface. Battery is rechargeable via USB or power supply and platform incorporates 1 GB internal flash shared with 128 MB internal DDR2. Baseboard is compatible with most AMOLED and TFT panel transition boards.

Jun 24, 2004 Both LM42315 and LM62315, offered as 5 and 3.3 V powered modules, each consist of 128 x 240 LCD module with T6963-compatible AX6963 controller. Model LM42315 is offered with white, yellow-green, red, or yellow-green and red bicolor LED backlight, while LM62315 incorporates CFL backlight. Options include onboard negative voltage, temperature compensation, and touchscreen capabilities. Both FSTN and STN gray, yellow, and blue modes are available.
