Jul 27, 2010 Kubler by TURCK models 2430 shaft and 2440 hollow shaft encoders feature non-contact technology, and offer wide operating temperature range of -20 to 85°C and max speed rating of 12,000 rpm. Compact units are available with radial and axial cable outlets for space restricted installations.
Torque Connectors eliminate cordset over-tightening.

Torque Connectors eliminate cordset over-tightening.

TURCK, Inc.    Plymouth, MN 55441
Jul 23, 2010 Compatible with all existing M12 products, M12 true torque connectors can be hand-tightened to predefined torque to avoid over-tightening. Users are alerted to achievement of proper torque when nut rotates freely, indicated by clear haptic and audible signal. This helps maintain integrity of mechanics and o-ring connection. Featuring 3, 4 or 5 poles, both male and female versions are available in straight or right-angle configurations. No tools are required for connection.

TURCK, Inc.    Plymouth, MN 55441
Jun 01, 2010 Ideal for medical technology or drive engineering applications, rugged F36 Series offers optical multi-turn encoders without gears, making them completely insensitive to magnetic fields. Devices feature hollow shaft diameter up to 10 mm and measure 36 mm in diameter. With a wide temperature range of -30 to 85°C, compact, IP67-rated products have up to 16-bit resolution for single-turn applications. Multi-turn versions offer resolution of up to 32 bits.
Single-Axis MEMS Inclinometer detects tilt over 360° range.

Single-Axis MEMS Inclinometer detects tilt over 360° range.

TURCK, Inc.    Plymouth, MN 55441
Apr 20, 2010 Featuring adjustable measuring range of 360°, inclinometer sensor utilizes MEMS device that incorporates micro-electro-mechanical capacitive element for precision measurement of angular tilt in reference to gravity. Device employs 2 parallel plate electrodes and produces one analog voltage output (0.1-4.9 Vdc) or current output (4-20 mA). Rated IP68 to withstand challenging environments, product operates over -30 to +70°C range.
Dual Sensor detects short and long stroke C-groove cylinders.

Dual Sensor detects short and long stroke C-groove cylinders.

TURCK, Inc.    Plymouth, MN 55441
Mar 29, 2010 Measuring 2.9 x 4.6 x 18 mm, Model BIM-UNR combines 2 sensors through 1 cable connection. Magnetic position sensor mounts within C-groove cylinders with no accessories required, and has built-in tab that keeps it in place to facilitate one-hand mounting. As mounting screw is located near cable exit, sensor remains fastened even if cable is pulled. Model BIM-UNR delivers EMC immunity and is suited for areas where multiple cylinders are used.

TURCK, Inc.    Plymouth, MN 55441
Mar 16, 2010 Combining web server software with diagnostic functionality, Model PB-XEPI enables users to monitor PROFIBUS networks remotely through web browser, without disrupting network operations. Coupler can identify malfunctions in network and send error message via e-mail that includes link to device. Users can then view detailed information about malfunction and recommended procedures to fix it. Using FDT/DTM software, PB-XEPI may be configured as active node on PROFIBUS network.
Linear Position Sensors deliver high-resolution measurements.

Linear Position Sensors deliver high-resolution measurements.

TURCK, Inc.    Plymouth, MN 55441
Mar 09, 2010 Suited for industrial automation, LI-Q25 series linear position sensors replace magnetostrictive and potentiometer devices in metal processing machines, rolling mills, or injection molding machines. Units do not require magnetic positioning device and provide up to 1 µm resolution in measuring ranges from 100-1,000 mm. Output signal in 0-10 V, 4-20 mA, IO-Link, or SSI format is provided by internal processor. Sensors operate in temperatures from -25 to +70°C.
