Clear Label Sensor works with wide range of materials.

Lion Precision Inc.    St. Paul, MN 55126 7014
Feb 27, 2013 With Gap Quickset feature, LRD8200 Ultrasonic Clear Label Sensor enables user to place gap in sensor and with 1 click, set sensor's Gap setting, eliminating use of Up and Down arrows. While not a teach function, Gap Quickset does save operator time by automatically adjusting for gap that is currently in sensor. If operator thinks setting can be improved, small adjustments can be made.
Capacitive Displacement Sensors achieve 0.05 nm resolution.

Capacitive Displacement Sensors achieve 0.05 nm resolution.

May 30, 2012 Available in diameters of 3, 5, and 8 mm as well as 3/8 in. with axial and radial cable exits, Capacitive Displacement Sensor Probes are useful in any application requiring measurement or monitoring of position of conductive target. Units are not sensitive to material changes and respond equally to all conductors. Designed to work with several models of electronic drivers, probes are suited for semiconductor, disk-drive, precision bearing, and micromachining industries.
Eddy-Current Displacement Sensor has space saving design.

Apr 17, 2012 Model ECL150 Eddy-Current Displacement Sensor features up to 8 channels of noncontact displacement sensing in package measuring only 4.2 x 7.6 x 2.3 in. Measurement ranges from 0.5-15 mm with resolutions as low as 2.6 nm at 15 kHz bandwidth. Operating from 12-24 Vdc, 0.75 W/channel, device allows for easy customization for OEM applications. Linearity is ±0.2% of range.
Capacitive Displacement Probes come in 3, 18, and 25 mm sizes.

Lion Precision Inc.    St. Paul, MN 55126 7014
Jan 18, 2012 Measuring 15 mm long, 3 mm diameter Capacitive Displacement Probe provides measurement ranges as small as 10 µm with resolutions less than 1 nm. Unit is available with right angle or axial cable exits for squeezing into tight spaces. On larger end, 18 mm and 25 mm diameter probes provide measurement ranges as large as 12.5 mm while maintaining resolutions as low as 125 nm.
Ultrasonic Label Sensor has extended baseplate option.

Ultrasonic Label Sensor has extended baseplate option.

Lion Precision Inc.    St. Paul, MN 55126 7014
May 20, 2011 Intended for registration and counting applications, LRD8200 Ultrasonic Label Sensor is available with optional extended baseplate to support wider webs and promote better web tracking on machines. Optional baseplate, which supplants standard baseplate with removal of one screw, extends 2 in. from end of sensor.
Capacitive Proximity Switch offers 150 nm p-p resolution.

Capacitive Proximity Switch offers 150 nm p-p resolution.

Lion Precision Inc.    St. Paul, MN 55126 7014
Feb 14, 2011 Offering 15 kHz (-3 dB) bandwidth, CPA100 Capacitive Sensor has setpoint (switched) output to indicate presence/absence, but nonlinear analog output is capable of resolutions as low as 15 nm RMS. Other features include panel range indicator and user adjustments for Offset (Zero) and Gain. Probe selection enables measurement from 0.05-6 mm, and offset/gain can be controlled with remote potentiometers. Also, sync connectors allow interference-free use of multiple sensors with same target.

Non-Contact Positon Sensor employs FPGA technology.

Lion Precision Inc.    St. Paul, MN 55126 7014
Sep 05, 2008 Available in 0.020-0.6 in. ranges, Model ECL202 eddy-current displacement/position sensor offers thermal stability and immunity to EMI. Internal calibration tables of tens of thousands of points assure precise linearity. Housed in DIN rail mount package, sensor offers user-selectable bandwidth of 100 Hz, 1 kHz, 10 kHz, and 15 kHz, plus resolution as low as 0.008% at 10 kHz. Digital circuitry is immune to drift associated with analog circuitry.

Capacitive Sensors integrate into data acquisition systems.

Lion Precision Inc.    St. Paul, MN 55126 7014
Dec 06, 2006 Using Virtual Instrument Drivers, Elite Series CPL190 and CPL290 sensors and MM190 Meter/Signal Processing Module can connect to LabView(TM) to retrieve measurements and control system functions. Units transmit data sheets and alert DAQ system if measurement is out of range or due for calibration. They include calibrated range indicator bar, selectable dual calibration, zero adjustment disable switch, front panel BNC voltage output, and front panel ground connection.

Ultrasonic Label Sensor works with every label type.

Lion Precision Inc.    St. Paul, MN 55126 7014
Oct 14, 2004 UltraLRD eliminates need for sensor changeover. During operation, high-frequency signal is transmitted from bottom of sensor, through label web, and received in top of sensor. Amount of signal reaching receiver is dependent on amount of material through which it travels. With registration repeatability of 0.2 mm and switching frequency of 500 Hz, sensor accurately detects increased signal level which occurs during gap between labels.
Thread Sensors suit ferrous/non-ferrous materials.

Thread Sensors suit ferrous/non-ferrous materials.

Lion Precision Inc.    St. Paul, MN 55126 7014
Jun 18, 2004 Eddy-Current Probes feature sensing elements that extend beyond probe body for inspection of threaded holes. T series detects tapped threads in ferrous and non-ferrous materials and uses traditional eddy-current probe design. R series detects roll-formed threads in ferrous materials and features radially mounted sensing coils. Probes work in conjunction with company's eddy-current probe drivers ECA100 and ECL100.
