Fully calibrated products offer I²C, PWM, or SDM (Sigma Delta Modulation) data output option, depending on model, and 16-bit temperature sensing resolution. Drawing 12.5 µA max, -40 to +125°C rated sensors suit automotive and medical applications.

At max resolution of 0.016 mBar, equivalent to 13 cm of elevation, this 24-bit DS ADC integrated digital pressure sensor has accuracy of ±2 mBar at 25°C for 300–1,200 mBar range and temperatures from -20 to +85°C. Pressure cavity is machined from solid piece of 17-4 PH stainless steel, therefore no o-rings or organics are present that could be exposed to pressure media. Contactless sensor uses Anisotropic Magneto Resistive (AMR) technology to measure magnetic field angle of external magnet over rotation of 360° as well as incremental positions along linear magnetic pole strip with 5 mm pole length. Configuration, data communication (I²C), and analog signal output are accessible via TSSOP pins. Self-diagnostics are also included.
