Aug 20, 2012 Available in overall height of 33 in., FlaskScrubber® 33 and SteamScrubber® 33 can be accessed by all lab associates for loading and unloading. SteamScrubbers have top and bottom racks that accommodate accessory inserts for variety of glassware shapes and sizes - primarily beakers and other wide-mouth glassware. Equipped with tower spindle racks that hold up to 36 pieces, FlaskScrubbers handle narrow-necked glassware such as volumetric flasks. All racks are interchangeable among washers.

Aug 20, 2012 Providing controlled environment for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests, Purifier® Filtered PCR Enclosures minimize cross contamination by producing ISO Class 5 work area and utilizing UV light to denature contaminating DNA/RNA. ISO Class 5 air, created from room air drawn through pre-filter and 99.99% efficient HEPA filter, is constantly projected down over work area in laminar flow pattern. Digital timer provides UV light exposure continuously or selectable increments from 5-240 min.

Aug 17, 2012 Using microburst or traditional cyanoacrylate fuming methods, CApture Portable Fuming System protects user from hazardous fumes. System includes heater with microprocessor-control from 120-350°F in 1° increments to heat Super Glue®; shatter-resistant protective chamber to contain fumes as they react with latent prints; exhaust blower; and particulate/carbon exhaust filter. Equipped with Up, Down, and Set buttons for programming, LCD indicates set point or actual heater temperature.

Up to 60, 1.5 mL and 72, 0.5 mL micro centrifuge tubes may be processed simultaneously. There are 9 user-set programs accessible via buttons, and Quick-Start(TM) One Button Start Up function starts rotor, heater, timers, and vacuum pump. Leak-tight Type 304 stainless steel interior withstands degradation by surface disinfectants, and key-activated UV light provides secondary disinfection of interior between cases. System features 5 nitrogen control valves with on/off switches and 50 nitrogen-dispensing nozzles in 5 horizontal rows to introduce nitrogen to samples. Unlike water baths, 900 W dry block heater requires no distilled water and adds no potential source of contamination. Mar 14, 2011 Featuring personal-sized, portable design, CentriVap micro IR has Teflon®-coated aluminum rotor that holds 24 1.5-mL microcentrifuge tubes and transparent infrared glass lid that directs heat over samples to speed evaporation and minimize cross-contamination from condensation. Heater, rated at 300 W, functions in IR, IR and Heat, or Heat Only with temperatures from 95-140°F in 0.1° increments. Teflon-coated diaphragm pump provides 160 mBar ultimate vacuum and 5.5 lpm displacement capacity.
