Operated via graphical touchscreen interface, MDT-2 Computerized Penetrometer and Texture Analyzer helps growers, packers, and retailers track and manage quality of fruits and vegetables. Portable instrument, along with crispness measurement, provides creep measurement for assessing viscous deformation of fruit or vegetable interior. Features include 5 mg firmness sensitivity, ±30 kg force range, 0.001 mm distance resolution, and force sampling at up to 14 kHz.
Cable Testers include TDR analysis software package.
