Ready-Block™ EDM Blanks are pre-hardened, squared, and ground, eliminating need for machining and heat-treating by customers prior to use. These ready-to-use blanks, intended for EDM applications, come in various tool steel grades, including in-stock AISI A-2 and D-2 (RC 58-62). Each block is precision machined to specific thickness, width, and length within +.010/.020 in. tolerance and then hardened and tempered to standard hardness. Starter hole can be included upon request.

Available in many popular tool steel grades including AISI A-2 and D-2 (RC 58-62), Ready-Block EDM Blanks are each precision machined to specific thickness, width, and length, within +.010/.020 in. tolerance.
