High-Performance Polyurethanes are suited for molding components.

Innovative Polymers, Inc.    St. Johns, MI 48879
Nov 29, 2010 Polyester polyol-based polyurethanes of HP-1000 Series are Shore A hardness systems with 1:2 resin to hardener mix ratios and gel times under 25 min at room temperature. Elongations range from 660%-800%, and tear strengths are rated up to 325 pli. Polyether/polyurea polyol hybrids of HP-2100 Series, which include 3 Shore A systems and one Shore D material, exhibit abrasion resistance with as low as 3 mg loss. Elongations vary from 280%-990%, and tear strength ratings are up to 643 pli.

Flame-Retardant Polyurethanes meet UL 94 V-0 requirements.

Innovative Polymers, Inc.    St. Johns, MI 48879
Aug 17, 2010 Designed for use in casting electronic parts, medical devices, and gaming machine components, white color FX series Shore A hardness polyurethanes exhibit quick handling viscosities of less than 1,000 Cps. Polymers offer work life of 10-15 min, and can unmold parts casted from new products in about 3 hr. Flame-retardant systems after curing provide tear strength and elongation properties of 200% or higher.

Mercury-Free Polyurethanes provide high impact strength.

Innovative Polymers, Inc.    St. Johns, MI 48879
Oct 20, 2006 With heat resistance up to 346°F, TP-4004, TP-4006, and TP-4007 are suited for casting thermoplastic-like prototypes. They feature gel times of 10-12 min at room temperature, and can be cured at room temperature or postcured at 150°F. TP-4004 has notched Izod impact strength of 6.0 ft-lb./in. and heat deflection temperature of 250ºF. TP-4006 combines 11,400 psi tensile strength and ABS-like flexural modulus of 300,000 psi, while TP-4007 has flexural modulus of 325,000 psi.
