Multiphase system can reclaim used refrigerant gases to 99.8% purity, facilitating resale efforts. Using 2 zero-gravity lifts to move cylinders and 2 in-line gas chromatograph mass spectrometers, system renders ARI-700 specification result and records it for labeling and future use.

If gas contains contaminants, or if contaminants enter gas stream during cylinder change out, purifier media begins to turn color. When all media changes color, purifier is depleted and cartridge should be changed. Units include 2-stage pressure control, diaphragm packless valve, and 4 outlet pressure range.
