Thomas & Betts Corp.    Memphis, TN 38125
Apr 15, 2013 Made of heat-stabilized, weather- and UV-resistant polyamide 6.6 nylon, Ty-Rap® 90° Solar Panel Clips install without tools and will hold up to four No. 10 AWG cables perpendicular to panel frame. Units fit most module frames ranging in thickness from 0.060–0.120 in. and operate in temperatures from -40 to 220°F. Ability to slide along length of frame enables installers to increase tension on cables to eliminate sagging beneath photovoltaic modules.

Mar 13, 2013 Consisting of wire rope and self-locking cable-grip fastener, Kindorf® Fast Cable Link requires no tools for installation. Serrated locking rollers provide extra non-slip grip, while release pin enables adjustment after inserting wire rope into fastener, and stainless steel springs keep locking roller in constant contact with wire rope. Made of zinc alloy, fastener is constructed with riveted connections for strength. Wire rope is zinc-plated steel for corrosion protection.

Thomas & Betts Corp.    Memphis, TN 38125
Feb 11, 2013 Ty-Rap® Detectable Cable Ties include mounting bases, available as 2- and 4-way, adhesive- and screw-mount models, made from materials which can be identified by X-ray equipment, metal detectors, and visual detection equipment. Ties and accessories are made of nylon 6.6 (polyamide) or polypropylene. Both materials contain additives that increase magnetism and density, fostering recognition by metal detectors and X-ray equipment. Cable tie's bright blue color aids visual detection.

Thomas & Betts Corp.    Memphis, TN 38125
Jan 24, 2013 By accommodating multiple cables, Elastimold® ComboT™ Integral Separable Connectors provide short elbow stack height and eliminate need to modify or replace entire enclosures. Units also eliminate blind assembly and minimize chance of cross threading. Using standard 600- or 900-series studs, connectors are installed with standard assembly tools. Products feature red provider backbone transport interfaces for 15 kV reducing taps and blue for 25 kV reducing taps in compliance with IEEE 386.
