Sep 17, 2008 Type A Hammer Mills are up-running and feature 2-stage reduction principle for dual mechanical reduction, utilizing revolving hammers to shatter materials upon entry and then further disintegrating them against breaker plates. Both down-running units, Type B Heavy-Duty mills use reversible hammers and saw-tooth breaker plate while Type BX Medium-Duty includes feed opening supporting medium hard, lumpy, or bulky materials. All are available for various size reduction applications.

Crush Plus(TM) Grinding Path System creates third crushing chamber to maximize one-pass product yield, while Max-Yield(TM) Automated Apron Adjustment System maintains gap setting adjustment for aprons and grinding path. Impactor is suited for use with aluminum dross and brick, clay, shale, grog, refractory brick, ceramics, floor tile, glass, and scrap carbide recycling.

Jul 21, 2008 With optimal hydraulic drive system that offers variable mill speeds, Model VS-88 V-Slam(TM) Vertical Shaft Impactor features speeds of up to 12,500 fpm and capacity range of 5-500 tons/hr. Offering high operating speed for fine grinding, it has low profile split swing lid, indexing feed tube and anvil ring, and automatic recirculating lubrication system. Applications include minerals and ores, slag, bottom boiler ash, flux, alloys, glass, chemicals, magnesite, corn, salt, and coke.

Nov 03, 2005 Designed for size reduction of minerals, ores, and chemicals, V-Slam(TM) is equipped with indexing feed tube and anvil ring as well as automatic recirculating lubrication system. Hydraulic powered opening of top housing facilitates access, while overall design facilitates replacement of distributor plates, shoes, and other impeller components. Machine offers particle size reduction ratio up to 15:1, with up to 12,500 fpm speed and 5-100 tons/hr capacity.

Mar 15, 2005 Constructed with completely welded shell, cage mill with flash dryer handles temperatures up to 1200°F for de-lumping and drying of materials such as lime sludge, silica sand, copper concentrate, and gypsum with up to 40% moisture. Unit, able to be used with hot gas stream from within plant, controls moisture level of incoming feed to maintain 1–2% moisture level. Models 41, 67, 80, 89, and 104 offer capacities from 10–80 tons/hr.

Unit, with all welded steel construction and heat-treated plate in product contact areas, features rotor and breaker bars constructed of 4140 heat-treated steel. Air cannons are mounted at intake and discharge to help prevent build-up of wet sticky material, while heaters are installed on grinder housing to retard buildup of wet material. Hydraulic ram eliminates gear head motor and rack and pinion used on other cage mills. Selective-crushing, controlled-impact mill sizes minerals, agglomerates, whole grains, chemicals, and ores to uniform particle size.

Aug 13, 2003 Hydraulic Shim Kits include lift bridge weldments and hydraulic cylinders for both front and rear apron assemblies. Three-spool control valve actuates housing cylinders or apron cylinders. Counterbalance valves on both cylinders are provided for added safety should one hydraulic line fail. All necessary hoses and fittings are included.
