Requiring minimal installation torque, Tapper+ screw anchors are tested to meet 2006 International Building Code (IBC) requirements for strength design of anchors in uncracked concrete. Hex Head and Flat Head styles are available in sizes from 3/16-¼ in. and 1¼-6 in. long for use in light- to medium-duty fastening applications involving concrete, block, and brick base material. Dual-component system comes in 13 oz cartridge made from engineered plastic and can be dispensed with manually or pneumatically operated injection tool. SNAKE(TM)+ overhead anchor sets into drilled hole and is tightened with ½ in. impact wrench until flush with ceiling and ready for insertion of threaded rod. Mechanical anchor combines internally threaded body, Powers Wedge-Bolt anchor, and deep-cutting thread design.

Vertigo system consists of 3 anchors that fasten into concrete, metal, or wood. Each has internally threaded coupling head for 1/4, 3/8, or 1/2 in. diameter rod. Metal and wood anchors also offer side-mount style head for lateral installation of 1/4 and 3/8 in. diameter rod on to joists, columns, and trusses. Applications include HVAC, overhead conduits, acoustical and drop ceilings, and plumbing.
