RF PMU and RF PA Linearizer IC enhances cellular infrastructure.

Scintera Networks Inc.    San Jose, CA 95129
Apr 13, 2012 Supplied in 64-pin, 9 x 9 mm QFN package, SC1889-00B11 RF Power Amplifier Linearizer (RFPAL) with integrated dual-RMS power measurement unit (PMU) lets designers reduce size, power, and design cycles in 3G and 4G RF cellular infrastructure systems. PMU provides data as digital codes for export, and simultaneous dual-RMS power detector provides typical absolute accuracy of ±0.1 dB over first 20 dB of input range and ±0.5 dB over last 10 dB of input range for PA lineup input and output.

RF Power Amplifier Linearizer suits digital UHF TV market.

Scintera Networks Inc.    San Jose, CA 95129
Dec 06, 2010 Supplied in 64-pin, 9 x 9 mm QFN package, SC1887-03 Adaptive RF Power Amplifier Linearizer (RFPAL) SoC is designed for digital terrestrial UHF broadcast TV market. Pre-distortion and linearization solution consumes under 900 mW and operates directly at carrier frequency. Inserted into transmitter designs directly in line with PA, RFin/RFout solution offers standalone operation and promotes optimal performance in reducing out-of-band non-linearities.

RF PA Linearizer SoC enables broadband 3G/4G networks.

Scintera Networks Inc.    San Jose, CA 95129
Feb 11, 2010 Operating at carrier frequency, SC1887 Adaptive RF Power Amplifier Linearizer SoC is inserted into transmitter designs directly in line with power amplifier. RFin/RFout solution offers standalone operation and consumes less than 600 mW, making it suited for transmitters deployed in distributed 4G networks. Housed in 9 x 9 mm plastic package, device can be implemented in less than 625 mm˛ board space and supports variety of modulation standards such as CDMA, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, and OFDMA.
