Jan 12, 2012 With kinetic spectroscopy package, 20/20 Perfect Vision(TM) UV-visible-NIR Microspectrophotometer can monitor full range spectra of microscopic sample area over time and plot results. Kinetic microspectroscopy feature allows creation of 3D maps in which X and Y are spectrum and Z is time domain. Analysis of samples can be done by absorbance, reflectance, and even optical emission. Applications range from biological time resolved analysis to measuring degradation of LEDs over time.
