Key Filters Screen Changer works with low-viscosity materials.Parkinson Technologies
Woonsocket, RI 02895
Apr 12, 2012
Designed for filtering lower viscosity and elastomeric materials, KCH uses PLC to monitor extrusion pressure and accelerate reaction in order to move screen to keep extrusion pressure constant and uniform (varying as little as ±20 psi). Hydraulic puller action also accelerates reaction to disruptions caused by varying contaminant levels. Able to work with most thermoplastics and TPEs, leak-free screen changer uses continuous belt of high-tensile reverse Dutch weave filter media.

Designed as in-field retrofit for Dusenbery® Converting Systems, Model 81 features PLC, which takes operator entries for product specifics and processing preferences and continuously calculates precise machine settings to insure desired finished package qualities. Operator interface screen and recipe storage capabilities enable users to store and recall optimal settings. Model 81 replaces Models 61 and 71 unwind controls as well as DEL Slowdown rewind controls.
Dual Razor Slitter is used in film and sheet extrusion.Parkinson Technologies
Woonsocket, RI 02895
Jun 06, 2008
Designed to slit as narrow as 1.5 in., model DRS features completely guarded dual blades that, retracted or extended, reduce chance of operator injury. Because blades are held in place magnetically, either of them can be installed or removed without tools. They can also be changed without interrupting slitting process. Slitter mounts on standard dovetail bar, allowing retrofit to non-Parkinson winders. Other mounting options are also accommodated.

Woonsocket, RI 02895
Mar 12, 2007
With Mark II CR, users can generate finished rolls on contractor size cores ranging from 1.0-6.0 in. and widths from 54-120 in. System is designed to produce 50-150 linear foot finished rolls of non-woven, film, paper, or laminated web materials for various end products. It will automatically load new cores, start new roll, glue tail, and eject finished roll with cycle time of less than 30 sec.
