Skid-mounted and equipped with automatic controls, Pilot Units are custom designed to manufacture given amounts of synthetic resins or polymer/wax emulsions. They include necessary equipment to handle solid/liquid raw materials and deliver on-spec products. Able to operate under full vacuum or pressure up to 50 psig and temperatures up to 500°F, units do not require special EPA permit as full-scale plants do.

Apr 19, 2004 Model EPV 25 features pneumatically-operated piston with sample chamber of defined volume. Before sampling operation, chamber is located inside reactor vessel and is continually immersed in product, guaranteeing representative sample. Double sealing of circular slit metallic packing and valve seat allows for sampling during both pressurized and vacuum operation of reactor.
